Therapy for Anxiety and Trauma

FIND PEACE OF MIND THROUGH compassionate care

Some days, it feels like you’re running on empty, trying to juggle the demands of work, family, and life. It’s not just the stress and pure exhaustion that weighs you down—it’s the fear of failing those you care about the most. There is also the pressing feeling of losing your old self, who you were before so much changed in your life.

You might be asking yourself, ‘Why is this so hard for me?’ or ‘Why can’t I just move on?’ You might feel overwhelmed or even blame yourself, but those feelings are a normal response to everything you’ve been through. It’s okay to feel stuck, but it’s also okay to seek support. You don’t have to face this all on your own.

Every step you take toward healing brings you closer to the life you deserve

Feeling overwhelmed often stems from deeper concerns, like unresolved trauma or fear of not having control. These feelings can ripple into every part of your life, making it hard to be truly present at home or work. But through individual therapy, you’ll learn to deeply understand your emotions and patterns and discover new ways of walking through even the most challenging days. Together, we’ll untangle these deeper layers and find your path to healing.

Individual therapy session focused on empowering clients to manage anxiety and trauma through tailored, evidence-based practices.

Helping you build a life of intention with individually tailored therapy.

The goal of individual therapy is to empower you, especially for those experiencing symptoms of anxiety or trauma. Together, we’ll focus on integrating evidence-based practices including mindfulness and attachment-based EMDR, to help you experience more joy, peace, and agency in your life. With consistent effort, you’ll notice not only improvements in your management of stressors, but in your relationships too. My role is to guide you through the process, so that you feel safe and supported. Sessions are tailored to your unique history, circumstances, and needs, allowing for the most effective outcome.
