Hi, I’m Lydia Eldridge, LMFT
helping you reclaim calm, confidence, and connection
Here to Help You Escape Survival Mode
Find Relief With Evidence Based Strategies
Therapy is a partnership, and I believe in working alongside you to find clarity and connection while keeping your unique needs at the forefront. Together, we’ll explore the root of your anxiety and stress and identify tools to help you feel in charge of your own quality of life.
You already have strengths and resources within you to create change, and my role is to help you uncover and harness it in a way that feels supportive yet empowering.
my values
-
Authenticity means showing up as my genuine self and inviting you to do the same. This helps us build a strong therapeutic connection and sense of safety that supports your growth.
-
Curiosity opens the door to understanding, while judgmental thinking closes it. I approach your feelings, patterns, and behaviors with a genuinely curious lens. Through our work together I encourage your own curiosity toward yourself, in order to grow in both self-understanding and self-compassion.
-
Collaboration looks like us working together as partners in your therapy experience, ensuring that your voice and goals are at the center of our work together.
Hi, I’m Lydia
